Pre-Nicene Christian Ecclesia (PCE) is where the rubber meets the road in terms of reaching out to atheists and disaffected, abandoned Christians - especially those who have been led astray towards a 'Judeo-Christian' belief system. The goal is to bring them back into the fold of a Pre-Nicene Christian denomination that uses the first Christian bible of 144 A.D. as its canon.
