The mission of the PCE is to nurture, develop and promote a new era of churches and denominations based on the Pre-Nicene model of Christianity which flourished from 144 A.D. until 325 A.D. - these are often referred to as the 'golden years' of Christianity.
And the foundational canon of that era was the first Christian bible which was compiled in 144 A.D. It is comprised of the Gospel of the Lord and the Apostle Paul's original ten epistles, or books. The Pre-Nicene Christian bible has remained unchanged and unedited since its inception and adherence to its underlying canon and liturgy is required for PCE accreditation.
